Lisa Bartoszek
is the Founder and Director of Lory’s Place, a Grief Healing
and Education Center and Bereavement Service of Hospice at
Home, Inc.. Lisa is an RN with 24 years of experience,
trained in Critical Incident Stress Management. Lisa has
been trained at the Dougy Center to develop and operate all
aspects of a children’s grief center.

Stephanie Kohler - Stephanie took the annual Lory’s Place
facilitator training and became an active volunteer in 2005. In July of
2007 she accepted the position of Family Services Coordinator. She
administrates the two First Mates peer support groups, for ages 6-11.
Also included in her responsibilities are various school groups and
community outreach opportunities. She is continuing her education at
Mount Ida College, and will soon receive a certificate in Thanatology. |

Mary Andres
- Mary started with Lory’s Place as a volunteer facilitator over
three years ago. She has facilitated a number of different groups
during her time as a volunteer. Beginning January of 2009, Mary has
taken on a new role as a staff member and Family Services
Coordinator. She is now coordinating the Suicide Survivor (Adults
only group), the Admirals (Adults only group), Guys-n-Grief, as well
as various school and community outreach groups. Mary holds a
Master's Degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. She
is a native of Southwestern Michigan and is looking forward to
giving back to her community.

Nancy Patterson - Nancy was born and raised in Southwest Michigan.
She attended Grand Valley State University and Spring Arbor University.
Nancy has been with Lory’s Place as a volunteer facilitator since it
opened in 2004 and joined the staff as a Family Services Coordinator in
2009. Nancy coordinates the Little Mates Group (3-5 year-olds), the
Captains Group (middle school), the Commodores Group (high school), and
the Tiny Mates Group (miscarriage, still birth & infant death). She also
leads various school groups and takes part in community outreach
opportunities for Lory’s Place. |

Trisha Pickett - Trisha graduated with an Associates Degree in Sales
and Marketing from Southwestern Michigan College in 2000. As a
Bereavement and Donor Support Coordinator, she provides administrative
support for our fundraising and bereavement departments at Hospice at
Home/Lory's Place. She joined us in 2006.
